The Gingerbread Man
Yesterday was a crazy day in Pre-K. Our gingerbread cookie went missing!
We read "The Gingerbread Man" as a class.
While we were napping, the gingerbread cookies were baking in the oven. Silly Miss Oberste opened the oven and a cookie ran out. Just like in our story! We went searching for her and found clues she left.
The clue on the playground led us to Ms. Proctor's Art room.
The Art room clue led us to the Computer Lab. We found the next clue almost on the ceiling! Next, we were off to Ms. Scalet's office.
Thanks to help from Ms. Scalet, we realized the cookie was back in our classroom!
We searched and searched for that cookie! We found it!
Then it was time to enjoy our cookies!
After our snack, we had to go to Music and tell Mrs. Wantiez about our adventure!
We think that will be the last time Miss Oberste opens the oven full of gingerbread cookies!
